Bank of India  invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Specialist Officers and General Banking Officers.

Important Dates

• Date of Commencement of submission of application: 26 December 2011
• Closing date for submitting online application: 16 January 2012
• Last date for making changes in the application: 18 January 2012
• Date for Written Test: 19 February 2012
• Relevant date for Age/Qualification/Experience: 30 November 2011

Application Fee: No fee will be charged from SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex- Servicemen candidates and fee for other category students is Rs 500.
The fees need to be paid in the form of challan available on the bank's website in any bank of India's branch in Bank Account Name: Recruitment of Specialist & General Banking Officers - PROJECT NO. 2011-12/4 and Bank's Account No. to be Credited: 012221110000013.
Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will comprise of written test, group discussion and/ or interview.
Candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the objective test i.e. 40% for General Category (35% in case of SC/ST/OBC) and 50% average marks in all the objective test taken together for General Category (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC).

• Take out Print-out of Challan and make the payment of fees in any of the Bank of India branches on or before 16 January 2012
• Candidates should have a scanned (digital) image of his photograph and signature as per the specifications
• Candidates should Apply Online by re-visiting the Bank's website. After submitting application, they should note/ remember registration number and password for future reference.
