Central Teacher Eligibility Test   (CTET) Nov-2012 for Primary/ Elementary Teachers


Now Government has decided to take a common test for the posts of Teachers (Primary or Elementary level) in all schools of Central Government  like Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVS) (Central Schools) , Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tibetan Schools etc. and schools of Union Territories like Chandigarh and  Andaman & Nicobar Islands etc. This may be extended or adopted by private schools for teacher recruitment. The responsibility of this examination is given the Central Board of Secondar Education (CBSE). 
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi will be conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII on 18/11/2012. Candidates can apply On-line for CTET-NOV 2012 on CBSE/ CTET website. 
Application Fee  :  Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) be remitted through Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn in any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi. Write your Registration Number, Name, Address, and Mobile/ Telephone Number on the back of the Demand Draft.


How to Apply : Apply Online at CBSE CTET website from 01/08/2012 to 31/08/2012 only. Take  a print out of online registered application (if applied online) and send  by Registered/ Speed Post so as to reach positively by 07/09/2012 in the CBSE office on the following address:

Data Entry Operator (DEO) / Lower Division Clerk (LDC) No. of posts will be determined in due course, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400/- for DEO and Rs.1900/- for LDC, Age : 18-27 years as on 01/08/2012,  Qualification : 12th Standard Pass or equivalent.
