PGPEX - IIM Calcutta's One Year Residential Program for Executives gives mid-career professionals the ideal platform to augment their existing skill sets as they endeavour to armour themselves for senior and top management roles in the industry.
Executives with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline and more than 5 years of post qualification managerial/professional experience may apply. A valid GMAT score (taken within last 36 months of Application date) is also required.
Selection Procedure
Candidates are selected on the basis of professional experience, academic record, GMAT score, and personal interviews held at IIM Calcutta (now Kolkata). Along with this, candidates are required to submit a statement of purpose and recommendations from two referees holding senior managerial positions for being considered in the final selection.
