The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd (FACT), Udyogamandal, Kerala has invited applications for admission to the following Courses of Year 2012:
(i) Certificate course in Heavy Equipment Operation (HEO).
(ii) Certificate course in Instrumentation Maintenance (IMC).
a) 3 month Certificate course in Heavy Equipment Operation.
Training will be given on heavy duty (i) Excavator, (ii) Front-end loader, (iii) Crane and (iv) Fork-lift. Training will involve theory and practical. Candidates with SSLC and possessing Light, Medium or Heavy vehicle driving license can apply.
Age limit is 35 years.
Interested candidates may contact Manager (Training), FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal-683 501, with two passport size photographs & copies of SSLC certificate for age proof and copy of driving licence on or before 20/12/2011. The admission will be on first come first served basis.

b) 3 month Certificate course in Instrumentation maintenance and control system
The eligibility criteria is: Completion of 3 year Diploma course in Instrumentation; BTech / BE: Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control, Electronics and Instrumentation, BSc / MSc Physics Instrumentation. Students who have passed Diploma / BTech / BE / BSc & MSc in the above branches can also apply and will be given preference.
Interested candidates may apply in plain paper showing qualification, address, phone numbers, e-mail id, reservation status, and other details if any with two recently taken photographs. Original certificates shall be produced at the time of interview. Application may be sent to The Manager (Training), FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal P.O, PIN 683 501 so as to reach on or before 03/12/2011.
Eligible candidates have to attend a personal interview, which will be informed. The course fees is Rs 18,200/- ( Rs 16,500/- + service tax @10.3 %).
